I found this video helpful. I purchased a Square Perfect Professional Quality 2275W Digital Video Softbox Lighting Kit Boom Set 2 Softboxes and a Boom Stand. There were no setup instructions. Frustrated, I checked youtube and found THIS video. The equipment looks the same as the equipment I purchased, but the brand name is different. Thought I’d share the link in case someone else buys either of these kits and needs setup assistance.
